This cuboid, natural grass nest is a great toy and a great bed! It’s soft and sturdy, but can also have grass pulled apart from it for use by the mice. Even though the grass can be pulled out, it’s not messy at all and I rarely see even one stray blade in the cage.
It has 10 holes, two on each long, rectangular face and one on each square end, but because the nest is made out of grass which can be pulled, loosened and moved, having so many holes on such a small item doesn’t make it too open. In fact, without pushing aside some grass, each hole is practically closed by loose blades of dried grass.
This is, by far, the most popular thing I’ve ever put in any of my cages!
They escape to it, they sleep in it, they play while running through the holes, they use the grass for bedding, they gnaw on it (safe, healthy and silent!) and they sit on top of it to get a better view of the world.
I have nothing at all negative to say about this product!
