This hamster cage is a lovely size and good quality. It’s very easy to clean and the shelves and ladders are detachable making it more adaptable. Regular 1 cm bar spacing. Unfortunately the domed roof makes it easier for little mice to escape, so it’s not ideal for slimline girls or younger/smaller mice. Great cage for adult males.

This is is lovely size cage with small bar spacing and easy to clean plastic levels. I did find that the domed roof design did allow small mice to escape, but by meshing the larger gaps my group of girls lived comfortably in it. Any toys are easy to attach to the cage, it is easy to clean and the bright colours make it interesting for children to look at. I’d definitely buy another of these cages if they changed the shape to make it that little bit more secure for houdini mice! but in general I’m happy with the cage and my mice are too.
