If bought brand new this cage comes with a shelf, ladder, wheel, bowl, bottle and a house so the basics needed to start with a mouse or two with plenty of space to add your own stuff.
I originally bought this to keep two girls in but it now houses my lone boy and he seems happy in it. It has a nice deep base and I’ve found I can have the bedding reasonably deep without it ending up all over the floor.
The main downside of the cage is that it only has one door on the top and since my mouse likes walking onto my hand instead of being picked up I’ve moved the door to the side and meshed the top. One thing to mention is that the bars don’t go all the way to the bottom but I’ve never found this being a problem.
