Originally bought as a hamster cage I soon realised it was too small for my Syrian but it has since proved an excellent nursing and introduction cage. The bar spacing in 0.5cm and would be ideal for babies. It has tubing attached which can be rearranged into different shapes. These can be a little fiddly to separate to clean and have drawn blood more than once!! The base is nice and deep and there is an access point for water, which is a little high for new pups. It has a shelf and built in wheel which I fund was not used. Be warned that the plastic top is brittle and will crack when knocked. I would recommend this cage as a good temporary cage but not for any long term use.
