If you click'd the Antivirus link DO NOT install any software they recommend and immediately update your existing Anti-Virus and run a full disk scan, the site the SPAM was directing you to was a PHISHING attack.

If you do not have Anti-Virus, only ever install from a recommended source such as McAfee, Fortinet, Microsoft, Norton, etc.. that means check the URL are downloading from.
